Rosenblum Cellars was founded in Alameda, California in 1978 by Kent Rosenblum. In 2008, Rosenblum sold the brand to Diageo for $105 million. In 2015, Diageo sold the Rosenblum Cellars brand, along with several others in its portfolio, to Treasury Wine Estates for $600 million. Treasury, in turn, sold the Rosenblum Cellars brand to Bronco Wine Company the following year.
