Domaine des Lambrays was founded in 1365 in Morey-Saint-Denis, France. The property was divided among 74 owners during the French revolution, and was reunified in the late 19th century. It was inherited by Renée Cosson in 1938, who let the property fall to ruin. In 1979, Roland de Chambure and the Saier brothers purchased the property, and helped restore it and its wines to its former glory. In 2014, LVMH purchased the estate and brand for €100 million.
