Winery Cooperatives

Winery cooperatives are run collaboratively, with members – typically, members of the public or farmers – owning and operating the organization. Though the exact rules vary by state and by organization, generally membership is achieved through a one-time or annual fee, and allows voting for the brewery’s board of directors, as well as other benefits.
