In 1991, the Boizel family began expanding the company, with the acquisition of Maison Chanoine and distributor Champenoise de Grands Vins. Three years later, the company renamed to Boizel Chanoine Champagne. After the company’s purchase of Lanson in 2006, the company again renamed to Lanson-BCC.
