A.P. Birks Wendouree Cellars was founded in Wendouree, Australia in 1892 by Alfred Percy Birks. His son Roly Birks ran the business from his death in 1917 until 1970, when it was sold, and in 1974 it was taken over by Tony and Lita Brady, who run it to this day.
