Yellowglen Wine was founded in Smythesdale, Victoria in 1971 by Ian Home. In 1984, the brand was purchased by Mildara Wine. Mildara became known as Mildara Blass when it purchased Wolf Blass in 1991. In 1997, Mildara Blass was purchased by Foster’s Group, which split off its wine collection in 2011 to become Treasury Wine Estates.
