Wolf Blass wine was founded in Nuriootpa, Australia in 1966 by Wolfgang Blass. In 1991, Wolf Blass was purchased by Mildara Wine, and the company became Mildara Blass. In 1997, Mildara Blass was purchased by Foster’s Group, which spun off its wine holdings into a new company called Treasury Wine Estates in 2011.
